Clustergram for distance matrix

This page is developed by Ying Yin and Graham Reese for Ying's thesis work on Shape Classification via Optimal transport and Persistent homology. The link to the thesis can be found here.

The visualization tool below is for the distance matrix from the optimal transport approach with Euclidean distance, uniform measures and D = 0.32.

Moving mouse over to a box in the heatmap on the left will show the corresponding shapes on the right. Clicking the box will allow the selected pair of shapes to stay on the page.
